Unleash the Power Within Day 2

I am working on getting back into the groove of writing everyday. I am enjoying this little challenge during the month of March. I may have slacked for about a week, but I am back 🙂

I am really enjoying this process of looking back at my notes from the Tony Robbins seminar, Unleash the Power Within. The days were so packed with information, it was hard to comprehend everything all at once. Well here goes day number two. Below I have listed quotes, questions & answers, and my favorite activity of the day!

“Change is never a matter of ability. It’s always a matter of motivation.” -Tony Robbins

“Everybody’s got a past. The past does not equal the future unless you live there. -Tony Robbins

Change is never a matter of ability. It’s always a matter of motivation. -Tony Robbins

“I challenge you to make your life a masterpiece. I challenge you to join the ranks of those people who live what they teach, who walk their talk. -Tony Robbins

Through the first day, we were working on finding our passion and learning how to build lasting momentum. If we do not know what we are passionate about, how are we supposed to keep going? We need a compelling future to give us fuel to keep going when life gets a little rough. Here are a few of the questions they had us going over along with a few responses I gave.

  1. What do you love?
    • people
    • opportunities
    • God
    • life in general
    • reading
  2. What do you hate?
    • complaining
    • car accidents
    • being late
    • guitar strings breaking
  3. What are you passionate about?
    • helping others
    • achieving the impossible
    • the brain
    • self development

Today was a more relaxed day than the first day. It was nice in a way to have a little bit of a break. I did feel tired because we were not jumping as much as the previous day. It was nice to figure out what I am truly passionate about in life. I am currently working on implementing 30 minutes of reading self-development books as well as reading the Bible in the mornings before my days start. If you want to see what day 1 was click here.
